Customer Survey Raises Over £1k for Macmillan Cancer Support!

O&M raises over £1k for Macmillan Cancer Support

Earlier this year we contacted a small sample of O&M Pension Solutions customers and requested their feedback via a brief survey that we had devised.

The survey covered a multitude of issues including requesting your views on the new Transfer Value Comparator (TVC), and the need for Cash Flow Modelling and Lifetime Allowance aids within the DB advice arena.  We also requested your feedback on our software and services in general, plus welcomed comments on the ongoing support that we provide.  The aim of the survey was to gauge what tools you all require in order to assist with the production of your APTA and to increase our awareness of any areas of improvement regarding the delivery of our support services.

Your feedback assured us that we were on the right track with our plans to develop our software and services. As a result we have pressed on with the development of these additional features which we hope to announce shortly!  These new features will help our customers to produce comprehensive DB advice and will complement the pension transfer analysis report that is currently produced by our software.

The general consensus was that the support we provide our customers is excellent and of course we will continue working hard to ensure we maintain this high standard of service.  Additionally, many respondents expressed an interest in accessing online training sessions, with requests coming from both Transvas Profiler and Transfer Bureau customers.  We have listened to you, reacted to this demand and will soon be announcing the introduction of regular 'live' group webinar sessions to suit the needs of all of our customers.  Again, further information will follow shortly!

We recognise that our customers are generally busy, therefore as an incentive for their time we declared that for every survey response received we would donate £10 to the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.  As a result a total of £1220 has been donated to Macmillan by O&M Pension Solutions.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that responded - in doing so you have helped us to focus on what you need and contributed to a worthy cause.
